A Warm Welcome to Everyone.(and I do mean everyone)

Transgender Fiction and Me.

It's hard to know what came first, the knowledge that I was a girl in a boys body or that I loved to write. I know that I was in primary school for both of them, that's when I wrote a long story about my super hero teddy bear, and I wore my big sisters shiny blue bikini under my regular clothes to Sunday School (God did not smite me down).

Over the years I made a few half hearted attempts at coming out to various people but was never welcomed with open arms and eventually scurried back to the safety of my closet. It was only when I met my current wife that I was finally able to become the person that I had always been destined to be. Between us we had three wonderful children, all of whom call me dad and her mum, which does raise a few eyebrows, but as she carried them all I believe that she has the right to be their one and only mum.

I try to make the books that I write have a basis in reality, even if it is a reality that pushes the boundary a little. I do tend to have some adult scenes within the books but I tend to see them more as something to push the story along rather than the mainstay of the novel with a bit of story hanging of the edge so that it's classed as a novel.

My first book, For Love was published in 2016 and is still my personal favourite. Since then I have gone on to write a total of 10 novels all published under the TransScripts Transgender Fiction banner. These include the best selling Angels of Etain series that follow the adventures of trans hero Danni Wentworth and her cohorts who are determined to stop the abuse of women in society, no matter what it takes.
